Seats are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. All groups may contain a maximum of 6 students. To ensure that each participating student has a chance to ask questions and participate, this size limit is strictly enforced.
Especially before exams, it is important to reserve your seat in advance and to attend all your scheduled appointments. If at any time the groups are full, you can email email@example.com and request additional groups. Depending upon tutor and room availability, we may be able to create special sessions for your course.
How to Reserve a Seat
You can reserve your seat up to two weeks in advance for specific tutoring sessions. If there is still room in a group, you can also reserve a seat the same day of the session.

You cannot make appointments until the schedule goes live on Sunday, February 12th, 2017. To log in, you must have your 6-character Hopkins ID (not your JHED).
This ID can be found in your student SIS account by selecting “Personal Info”, then “Summary”. The Hopkins ID will be at the top of the screen under “Biographic Information”.

How to Cancel a Reservation
If you cannot make your appointment, please be sure to cancel so that your seat can be offered to another student. To cancel an appointment, go online or contact Mrs. Gubara no later than noon on the day of the session.
Students who reserve a seat and do not show, or who are more than 15 minutes late, will have a “no show” marked on their record.
After two no shows, students are unable to reserve their seat in advance for the remainder of the semester, but may still attempt to drop-in to groups that are not full.
